Done For You · Website Design & Management

A website that
brings customers in.

Most local businesses lose customers before anyone ever picks up the phone. Someone searches, lands on a site that looks a decade old, and quietly goes to the competitor down the street. We build the thing that stops that from happening, then run it for you every month so it never falls behind again. Same strategies we charge founders to learn — except you don't have to learn them.

Built For Your Industry

Different trades.
Different sites.

A steakhouse, a roofer and a law firm shouldn't be sold the same template in three colors. Every build starts from what makes customers pick your kind of business — the layout, the typography, the tone and the action all change with it. Pick your industry and see the difference.

Sell the after photo

Yards are bought with the eyes. Before-and-afters up front, plans priced flat and plainly, and a quote request that takes thirty seconds. Recurring-plan businesses live on trust and predictability, so the design leads with both.

  • Before-and-after galleries organized by neighborhood
  • Flat-rate plan cards people can say yes to instantly
  • Quote form with address field wired to your phone
  • Service-area pages for every zip you cover
  • Seasonal promos you can swap in one text to me
Don't see your industry?

If you have customers, we can build for it.

Churches, real estate, veterinary, tutoring, cleaning, photographers, event venues. The approach never changes: work out what your customer needs to see, then build the shortest path to them contacting you.

Why Us

We teach this
for a living.

Most people who build websites only build websites. We spend the other half of our time teaching founders how to actually get customers — positioning, offers, what makes someone pick you over the shop down the road. Your site gets built by people who think about the customer first and the design second.

01

Strategy comes first

Before anything gets designed we work out who your best customer is, what they need to see, and what makes them call you instead of the next result. That's the part most web guys skip entirely, and it's the part that decides whether the site earns anything.

02

You don't lift a finger

One conversation and a folder of photos. We handle the writing, the design, the build, the search setup, the launch, and every change after that. You go back to running your business, which is presumably why you started it.

03

It stays handled

This isn't a build-and-vanish arrangement. Every month it's hosted, secured, backed up, updated and monitored, you get a report on what it's doing, and any change you want is a text message away.

Want more than a website?

Tell me on the call.

Website design and management is what's priced on this page, and for most businesses it's the piece that moves first. If you need something beyond it, bring it up on the consultation and I'll tell you straight whether it's something we take on.

Book the free consultation 20 minutes. Straight answers, no pitch deck.
Why It Matters

People decide
in three seconds.

Before anyone reads a word about your business, they've already judged it. Your website is the handshake, the storefront and the first review all at once, and for most local businesses it's the only one working 24 hours a day.

75%

of people judge how credible a business is based on how its website looks. Not the work. Not the price. The look.

53%

of mobile visitors leave a page that takes longer than three seconds to load. They don't wait, and they don't come back.

88%

won't return to a site after one bad experience. One slow load or broken form and that customer is gone for good.

Widely cited figures from web credibility and mobile performance research. The point isn't the exact number, it's that the decision happens long before anyone calls you.

Signs it's time to replace what you have

It breaks on phones

Most of your visitors are on a phone. If they have to pinch and zoom to read your hours, they're already gone.

It loads slowly

Oversized photos and bloated page builders quietly cost you a share of every visitor before your homepage even finishes.

Nobody has touched it in years

Old prices, a former employee's phone number, last year's hours. Outdated information reads as "out of business."

There's no obvious next step

If a visitor has to hunt for how to call, book or find you, most of them simply won't. Every page needs one clear action.

Google can't read it

Missing titles, no descriptions, no local business markup. You can be the best in town and still be invisible in search.

It looks like everyone else's

A stock template with a stock photo tells a customer nothing. Your competitors bought the same one.

What You're Actually Getting

Every page,
built on purpose.

Good design isn't decoration, it's a sequence. This is the structure behind every site I build, and why each piece is where it is.

The Process

From first call
to live site.

You have a business to run. My job is to take this entirely off your plate, ask you for as little as possible, and get it live in about two weeks. Here's exactly what happens and when.

01
The consultation

Twenty minutes, in person or on the phone, free. I want to know who your best customers are, how they find you now, what you wish your website did, and what's been getting in the way. If I don't think I can make you money, I'll tell you on that call.

Day 1
02
The plan and the quote

You get a short written plan: the pages we're building, what goes on each one, what I need from you, and the timeline. Pricing is the same for everyone, so there's no negotiating and no surprise line items. You approve it before anything starts.

Days 2–3
03
Content and assets

I collect your logo, photos, services, hours and reviews. If you don't have good photos or written copy, that's normal, and I write and source what's missing. This is the only part that needs you, and it usually takes one text thread and a folder of pictures.

Days 3–5
04
Design

I design your homepage first so you can see the direction before the whole site is built. Custom layout, your colors, your photography, your voice. You see it on both desktop and phone, because most of your customers will only ever see the phone version.

Days 5–8
05
Build

The rest of the pages get built out, images get compressed, forms get wired to your phone and email, page titles and descriptions get written for search, analytics goes in, and everything gets tested on real phones, tablets and desktops.

Days 8–12
06
Review and revisions

You walk through the finished site and tell me what to change. Wording, photos, colors, order of sections, anything. We go back and forth until you're happy. Nothing goes live until you say the word.

Days 12–13
07
Launch

I connect your domain, install the security certificate, submit the site to Google, sync your Google Business profile, and make sure every form and phone link works from a real device before I tell you it's done. If you have an existing site, the switch happens without downtime.

Day 14
08
Then I keep running it

This is the part most people don't get. Launch day is the start, not the finish. From here your $100 a month covers hosting, security, backups, updates, monthly edits and a performance report, so your site keeps getting better instead of slowly rotting.

Ongoing
Ongoing Management

You'll never
touch it again.

Most websites die from neglect, not from bad design. The plugin that stopped updating, the certificate that expired, the phone number that changed two years ago. For $100 a month, none of that is your problem anymore. You text me what you need and it's handled.

Monthly edits included

New hours, new prices, new staff photo, seasonal promo, a whole new page. Text me the change and it's live, usually the same day. No ticket system, no per-edit invoice.

Performance reports

Every month you get a plain-English summary: how many people visited, where they came from, what they clicked, how many called or filled the form, and what I'd change next.

Fast, reliable hosting

Your site lives on hosting built for speed, monitored around the clock. No separate hosting bill, no expired credit card taking your site offline on a Saturday.

Security & SSL

Certificate installed and auto-renewed so browsers show the lock instead of a scary warning. Firewall, malware scanning and patched software, checked continuously.

Automatic backups

A full copy of your site is saved every day and kept off-site. If anything ever breaks, I roll it back to yesterday in minutes. You'll probably never know it happened.

Ongoing maintenance

Software updates, broken link checks, form testing, speed tuning and fixing anything a browser update quietly breaks. Handled before you'd ever notice.

Priority support

You have my actual phone number. Something wrong, something urgent, something you just want changed before a big weekend, you get a same-day response.

Search visibility upkeep

Titles and descriptions kept current, sitemap resubmitted after changes, Google Business profile in sync, and new service pages added as your business grows.

The Honest Version

A website is a tool, not a trophy.

Plenty of people will build you something beautiful, hand you a login, and disappear. Six months later it's slow, outdated and quietly costing you customers. I'd rather stay responsible for it than sell you a file and walk away.

See what's included Cancel any month. You keep your domain and content.
Pricing

One price.
Everything in it.

No packages to compare, no upsells halfway through, no hourly billing. Everyone pays the same, and the price is on the page because you shouldn't have to sit through a sales call to find out what something costs.

Complete Website Service

Built for $300.
Run for $100 a month.

The $300 covers the whole build: strategy, design, writing, development, launch and everything in between. The $100 a month keeps it fast, safe, current and supported for as long as you want it. That's the entire cost. There is no third invoice.

What Owners Say

Local businesses.
Real changes.

The best compliment I get isn't about how the site looks. It's that the phone rings more and nobody has to think about the website anymore.

Questions

Everything
you're wondering.

The things business owners ask me on that first call, answered here so you don't have to.

About two weeks from the day I have your photos and information. Simple sites go faster, bigger ones with a lot of pages take a little longer. The part that slows projects down is almost always waiting on content, so if you're organized we can move quickly. You'll get a specific date in writing before anything starts.

Twenty minutes on the phone, your logo if you have one, whatever photos you've got, and a list of your services. That's genuinely it. If you don't have a logo or good photos, tell me and I'll handle it. I write the copy unless you'd rather write it yourself. Nobody has ever needed to spend more than an hour of their own time on this.

Yes. Your domain stays in your name, your content is yours, and your photos are yours. If you ever decide to leave, you leave with everything and I'll help you move it. I'd rather keep you because the service is worth it than because you're locked in.

Text changes, new photos, updated hours or prices, swapping a promotion, adding a team member, adding a new service, adjusting a page layout, adding a whole new page. Essentially anything you'd reasonably ask for month to month. If a request turns into a genuinely large project, like a full online store or a custom booking system, I'll tell you upfront and quote it separately. That conversation happens before any work, never after.

Sometimes, and I'll tell you honestly which makes more sense. If your current site is on a modern platform and just needs work, patching it can be the right call. More often it's built on something old and slow, and rebuilding costs less than fighting it. Either way you get a straight answer, not whichever one bills more.

No long-term contract. The $300 setup is paid once and the $100 a month is month to month. Cancel whenever you want and you keep your domain and your content. A service that has to trap people isn't a service worth selling.

Your site is built so Google can read and index it properly: real page titles and descriptions, clean structure, local business markup, fast load times, a submitted sitemap, and your Google Business profile connected. That's the foundation, and it's included. Nobody can promise a number one ranking, and anyone who does is selling you something. What I can promise is that your site won't be the reason you're invisible. If you want to go further with ongoing local SEO work, that's a separate conversation.

Online ordering, appointment booking, e-commerce, memberships and payment systems are all doable. Connecting a booking or ordering tool you already use is usually straightforward and often just part of the build. A full store with a big catalog is a larger project and gets quoted on its own. Tell me what you need on the first call and I'll give you a real number.

I'm monitoring it, so in most cases I know before you do and it's already being fixed. A full backup of your site is saved every day and kept off-site, so even in a worst case I can restore yesterday's version in minutes. You don't file a ticket. You just have my number.

Because a website isn't a painting, it's a machine that runs every day. Hosting costs money, certificates expire, software needs patching, browsers change, and your business changes. The monthly covers all of it plus your edits and support, and it's why the build itself is $300 instead of several thousand. You're paying a little every month so you never have to pay for a rebuild again.

That's the entire point of the service. You will never log into a dashboard, install anything, or learn a platform. You run your business and text me when something needs to change. Most of my clients couldn't tell you what their site is built on, and they don't need to.
