1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information ZGAVN collects through zgavn.com and while working with clients, how it’s used and the choices you have. ZGAVN does not sell your personal information.

2. Information I collect

Information you send me. When you use the contact form, I collect your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide it, type of business, current website or social media profile, who referred you and anything you write in your message.

Project information. If you become a client, I also collect the business details, text, logos and photos you send me to build your website, along with records of payments and communication.

Technical information. Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may automatically log basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How I use it

• To reply to your request and send you a plan and quote
• To build, launch and update your website
• To manage your domain and let you know when a renewal is due
• To take payment and keep business records
• To track and pay referral bonuses
• To keep this site running securely

4. Text messages and email

If you give me your phone number or email address, I may contact you by text, call or email about your request or project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask me to stop contacting you at any time. I don’t send marketing messages to people who haven’t contacted me first, and I don’t share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.

5. Services that process your information

I use a small number of third-party services to run this site and my business. They only receive the information they need to provide their service:

• Formspree, which receives contact form submissions and delivers them to me
• Netlify, which hosts zgavn.com
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typeface used on this site
• Cloudflare, which hosts client websites
• My email, messaging and payment providers, to communicate with you and process payments

6. How long I keep it

I keep inquiries for as long as they’re useful for following up, and client records for as long as needed to support your website and meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I have about you, or stop receiving messages from me. Send your request through the contact form or on Instagram @zgavn and I’ll respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

8. Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure (HTTPS) connections and reputable service providers. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so I can’t guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site and my services are intended for businesses and adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including client sites and social media. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

11. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated.
