ZGAVN

Terms of Service

Terms of Service.

The terms for every ZGAVN website project, in plain language. Please read them before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask first.

Effective September 18, 2026

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service apply to anyone who hires ZGAVN (“I,” “me”) to design, build or update a website, and to anyone who uses zgavn.com. By paying for a project or submitting a request through this site, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.

2. The service

ZGAVN designs, builds and launches custom-coded websites for businesses. Before any work starts, I confirm in writing what I’m building: the pages, the content on each and what I need from you. That written plan defines the scope of the project.

3. Price and payment

A website is $200, paid in full before work begins. The price covers design, development, copywriting if needed, domain setup, hosting setup and launch.

Anything outside the agreed plan, such as custom software, a booking system or an online store, is quoted separately in writing before any work starts.

4. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes website builds, updates and redesigns.

Because of this, you’ll receive a written plan to approve before you pay, and you’ll see the finished website on a private link before it goes live. If I don’t believe I can build what you need, I’ll tell you before you pay anything.

5. Review and launch

Before launch, you can request changes to the wording, photos, colors and order of sections within the agreed plan. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Changes that go beyond the agreed plan, such as adding new pages or features, may be quoted as additional work.

6. Updates after launch

  • You receive 1 free update within 30 days of launch. An update is one round of changes sent together in a single request.
  • Any other update is $100. Examples: new prices, new services, new photos or a new page.
  • A complete redesign is $150–200, quoted before any work starts.
  • Updates are paid before the work is done and are not unlimited.

7. Your domain

I register, set up and manage your domain, including renewals. The cost of the domain is yours, typically about $12–20 a year depending on the domain. I’ll reach out before each renewal so you can cover the cost.

The domain is registered in your name. If a renewal isn’t paid, the domain may expire and the website will stop working at that address. I’m not responsible for a domain that lapses because a renewal wasn’t paid.

8. Hosting

Your website is hosted at no monthly charge from me. Hosting is provided through a third-party provider, currently Cloudflare. I may change providers at any time without affecting your website.

Hosting is provided “as is.” I can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and I’m not responsible for outages caused by the hosting provider, domain registrar or other third parties.

9. Your content

You are responsible for the business information, text, logos and photos you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You’re also responsible for the accuracy of your prices, hours, licenses and other claims shown on your site. Where I write copy or source photos for you, I’ll use material licensed for commercial use.

10. Ownership

Once your project is paid in full and launched, the website files and content are yours. You can request a copy of your files at any time and move your site elsewhere if you choose.

I may show your website in my portfolio and on zgavn.com. If you’d prefer I didn’t, tell me in writing and I’ll remove it.

11. Third-party services

Your site may link to or include services run by other companies, such as booking, ordering, payment, maps or form tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and fees, which you pay directly. I’m not responsible for how they work or for changes they make.

12. Referral program

If you refer a business to ZGAVN, you can earn $50. The business must mention your name when they first contact me, and the referral bonus is paid after their website is paid for in full.

One bonus is paid per new client, to the first person they name. A business can’t refer itself, and referrals of existing or past clients don’t qualify. I may change or end the referral program at any time; referrals made before a change will still be honored.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ZGAVN is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. My total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

I don’t guarantee specific results, such as search rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

14. Paused projects

If I’m waiting on information or content from you and the project is inactive for 60 days, I may close it. You can restart it later, and I’ll let you know whether any additional cost applies.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to new projects from the date it’s posted. The terms in place when you paid apply to your project.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
