Fill out a short form or send me a message: what you do, who your customers are, what you want the site to get people to do. If I don't think I can help, I'll tell you before you pay anything.

Get a clear plan
I reply with a short written plan: the pages I'm building, what goes on each, and what I need from you. The price is $200 no matter what kind of business you run.
- Days 1–2
Pay and send your content
You pay the $200 and send your logo, photos, services and hours. If you don't have photos or written copy, I can provide both.
- Days 2–3
See the real site
You get a private link to the actual website, not a mockup. Open it on your phone and laptop and see exactly what your customers will see.
- Days 3–4
Make it right
Tell me what to change: wording, photos, colors, the order of sections. We go back and forth until you're happy. Nothing goes live until you say so.
- Day 5
Launch
I set up your domain in your name, install the security certificate, submit the site to Google, and test every button and form on a real phone.

It's yours
You get the files, the domain is yours, and there's no invoice next month. You also get 1 free update within 30 days of launch.
After launch

Many small business websites run into problems over time: plugin updates, broken themes and rising monthly fees. Yours is hand-coded, so none of that applies.

Your site runs on fast global infrastructure with no hosting bill. Not a discounted first year. No recurring cost from me at all.

Domain and security handled
I renew your domain and keep the security certificate active. The domain is at your cost, and I'll reach out before it's due.

Page titles, descriptions, local business details and a submitted sitemap, so Google can read your site from day one.
Changes when you want them
Updates are $100 a round, usually done within a day or two. You only pay when you request a change.
